To replace the existing rooftop packaged cooling equipment on a retail superstore. The equipment had reached the end of its working life and the project required minimal disruption to trading within the store and minimal cost.

Solution

Weatherite worked closely with its sister Group Company - Weatherite Air Conditioning - to design direct replacement units consisting of different designs. Unit performance, physical and electrical restraints and all attached services were designed to match the existing product to ensure a 'straight replacement'.

Weatherite undertook the role of principle contractor, co-ordinating the different contractors involved to complete the project with minimal store disruption.
